Terms of use

By using Both you agree to these terms. They are plain on purpose.

The service

Both gives two people a shared space: a daily question, each other's local time and status, a countdown, and a savings jar. It is not a chat app and does not replace one.

Your account

• You must be 16 or older.
• One partner per account. Pairing is final until one of you deletes their account.
• You are responsible for what you write. Do not use Both to harass, threaten, or harm anyone.

Both Pro

• Pro unlocks the full history of your answers and the trip jar, for both partners, with one subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Refunds follow the store's rules.
• A free trial, when offered, converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Your content

Your answers belong to you. You give us permission only to store them and show them to you and your partner.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or abuse the service.

No guarantees

Both is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or never lose anything. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Contact: hello@both.globoost.app.
