Delete your account

In the app

• Open Both, go to Today, then Settings.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

This removes your account, your name, your answers, your push token, and your side of the couple immediately.

Without the app

Email hello@both.globoost.app from the address you signed in with. We delete the account within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

• Profile: name, time zone, status, push token.
• All of your answers and savings entries.
• Your couple link. Your partner keeps their own account and is shown as not connected.

What is not

Subscription records held by Apple or Google stay with them under their rules. Cancel the subscription in your store settings so it does not renew.
